Rock and Roll Angel | A Touching Tribute to the late Dolores O’Riordan

Rock and Roll Angel is a beautiful song written by Helen O’Shea and Marc Swersky, to honour the late and great, Dolores O’Riordan. It is performed by Helen O’Shea and Barry Murphy (Hermitage Green). The single due to be released on August 29th, is taken from the forthcoming album, “Songs in the Key of O”, a homage to Dolores O’Riordan & Sinéad O’Connor.

It's a lovely tribute and an excellent song. O'Shea and Murphy have voices that fit really well together. The chorus is catchy and the string section brings it to a whole new level of wonder. Honestly, it's a song that I wasn't expecting to like as much as I do. The whole production is great and the sentiment can't be argued with. I'll definitely be checking out the album when it drops.
