Fair Green is a Leitrim-based band fronted by Harry Bouchier. Together with Scottish indie label The Barne Society, Fair Green have recorded their debut album, Killer Universe, which is due for release this year. Harry Bouchier fronts the band on vocals and rhythm guitar and is joined by Thomas James Simon on drums, Udo Grunewald on bass and Roy Branagan on lead guitar. The band note their influences as The Beatles, Radiohead, Blur, and the Kinks.

Fair Green have just released their debut single, Tuesday Morning. It's a fantastic production and full of nostalgia for anyone who loves music from the 60s and especially the 90s. The song really reminded me of Oasis during the verses and Supergrass during the chorus and breakdowns. The intro felt like a Beatles nod also. It's a song packed with feel-good vocal melodies and familiar jangly guitar sounds. The chorus is really impressive and I found myself joining in with all the vocal harmonies in the outro. I've had this song on repeat and can't wait to hear the album when it drops. Go check them out!

In their own words:

"The song reflects on time, routine, and the endless effort to catch up with yourself — an honest look at life in the modern rat race."
